This is a local Mexican restaurant where every inch of the place is covered with bright things. Paper, plastic, fabric, paint, metal. It should be just awful but somehow it isn't.
It's crazy loud visually. But the owner is warm and inviting and the service is great. There is so much love in the noise, that you just can't hate the jarring nature of everything layering on top of each other.
Even the flowers outside vibrate with color and clash against the fake, cardboard brick and neon. Everything is chosen for it's hotness and dazzle and together, it vibrates with energy.
I love this place.
