a great advancement

Did you know that you could make your own custom stamps? I think this represents a true cultural advancement. This is something I've always wanted to do and now totally can from the comfort of my own home. These are real, "send a letter through the US Postal Service" kind of stamps. The possibilities are endless. One of my best friends thinks I'm totally insane, but think how impressed she'll be when she gets a letter from me with Ruppert, the perfect dog, gazing back at her. Oh my. Correspondence has just got a whole lot better!

Whether or not we make the cut for the Smithsonian, I too am a custom postage fan... created a whole site about it.

Correspondance getting better is music to the post office's ears, so to speak, since email has noticeably diminished the use of the mail.
