I've been thinking about the next installment of the perfect uniform, which at the moment, I don't actually have. It's a french mariner's or Breton shirt. They're absolutely fantastic! I'm planning to buy one soon since spring is supposedly coming after all (though it is hard to believe since it hasn't stopped raining in the last 30 days...really!). One site I found called the brittany boutique has a great selection with 18 different colorways to choose from. The traditional navy and cream is a must, but after that, how cool would a doll and peony one be? Ok, I'd probably go for the cream and ostrich as my second choice, but the pink one does sound sassy.

Also on this site, which most definitely needs to be a part of the uniform, is espadrilles. These fabulous striped ones make my heart go pitter pat. Yes, please, a couple of pairs of these too.

Your uniform sounds fabulous! Love the black turtleneck concept. Definitely, need to add that to the list. And yes, I couldn't agree with you and Coco more about the accessories. That's where it becomes an expression of personal style. I'd love to see the shawls your'e making...they sound wonderful. I can't wait to see you too! Counting the days!
