
I just returned from a conference which was pretty good though inevitably there were times when a less interesting presenter droned on. When that happens, I doodle. I've done it since I was a young kid in school and have filled countless margins of notebook pads with these random line drawings. I obviously still do it today, in meetings or when I'm on the phone, creating a graphic example of my wandering mind. Either that's kind of cool or it means I now have a permanent record of all the times I should have been paying more attention. Hm.


Well I think they were most definitely wrong about that! They should of thought of them as "illustrations" for your essays.
