Early in the morning the other day, while walking the dogs, we passed a young woman who was waiting for the bus. She asked me what kind of dog Rupert was and I said he was a mutt from the humane society, a Petit Basset Griffon Venden mix. She said to me, "well he certainly has a nice smile." What a lovely thing to say. And she's right. He does have a nice smile and a sunny disposition to match.
