Simple is not so simple to actually pull off. In graphics or communications. That's what makes the look cook book so remarkable, because it succeeds on both levels. Simple, compelling graphics show the finished dishes visually, as do the simple, pictorial recipes that describe how to actually make them. Really well done. I just hope the dishes taste as good as they look!

Just made the lentils with sesame bananas. It's the first recipe I've made from the book, and I'll definitely be making more - it was so good! Had to recheck the glossary a few times and the ultra efficiency of the directions takes a bit of getting used to, but it's a really smooth system. Pleasing to the eye and to the belly.
