My dear husband is a scuba diver and this is a recent photo from one of his small adventures. I've always been intrigued with jelly fish, their delicacy and beauty which so seductively hides their ferocity and danger. Amazing creatures to say the least.
So imagine my joy when I stumbled across these amazing jelly fish by the artist miwa koizumi. These intricate, delicate beauties are made from recycled plastic liquid containers. "I love the idea of using liquid containers to make water animals. Contained/containing, trash/not-trash, like the jelly-fish or anemone: Living/non-living." Wonderful!
