I love the exuberance and confusion of nina bovasso's lovely mixed media paintings. Color, tangled forms, explosions of motifs, tangled masses of line. I find this work so modern because it captures the feelings of living today, rendered all pretty and decorative. I love that tension. And overall, I just plain enjoy how it ends up looking. Yum!
