I love pattern, especially when it's inspired by nature, so unsurprisingly I'm loving the paintings of trine bumiller. The obvious contrast of place, color and pattern in her work is strong and mindful, framing up an idea clearly so we are forced to notice it more. Beautifully rendered and boldly presented, the graphic meets nature meets pattern aspect of this work is very compelling. Lovely, lovely indeed!
