The mixed media drawings of dannielle tegeder are so intriguing. Beautiful asthetically, the ordered, geometric patterning and linework brings to mind a technical map of some digital tool, or maybe not. Maybe it's a language from another culture, rich with content and story, rendered in symbols I don't understand. Or maybe not. Maybe it's a simple, abstract study of pattern, a structured doodle laid out on a grid. Hmm. That's the beauty of this work to me. I just don't know and that makes me happy indeed.
