I love a good botanical and I'm always thrilled to find another source to feed my habit. So how happy was I to find the lovely work of gail spaien a while back! I love the niave rendering and the open, airy layout of the floral motifs she paints. Pretty but not precious, these pieces feel fresh and modern to me.
