Really, have you ever seen a bowl so beautiful as this one by dame lucie rie? I'm not kidding. The proportions, the textures and oh my, the colors of her glazes bring tears to my eyes. When I was in LA a couple of weeks ago I picked up a fabulous little book about her at the favorite tortoise. Ah, perfection!
