I just discovered the amazing cut paper work of emma van leest on the lovely blog style court. Beyond the undeniable mastery and crafting these beautiful pieces demonstrate, I love the nod to the textile patterning tradition of toile in some of her work. An storied tradition in one world, dimensionalized and brought to life in another form. So very, very cool!
