I've had this image of ceramics by raania durrani for ever. I love the rough, raw textures, the stout, strong forms and the resulting calm spirit of these pieces. And oh my, how nice is the thick white glaze over the sandy brown clay? So, very nice indeed.

Hi,
Thanks for putting up this image, where did you find it. Also its very flatterign to see ones work appreciated. You do know that this photo was taken in the studio before the work went on to being fully fired. These pieces were soda fired and then were part of an exhibition here in Karachi.
