High grooviness on the high sea, and oh my, am I ever grooving on these wonderful porcelain farouk saki cups by ron nagle. I'm in love with the extensive color combinations this work explores, the shared forms and boat motif that allow this to ultimately be mostly about colors combined. I love it when art sets certain strict perimeters to let others go wild. Smart and exciting, this work is a perfect example of such a thing. And oh, so groovy too.
