I had the pleasure of visiting souvenir in Ballard a few years back. The jewelry found there, designed by Curtis Steiner and is quite remarkable. Delicate and tough at the same time. Amazingly crafted. His jewelry makes you focus on the rawness of the materials and gems he uses, while at the same time, marvel at it's intricate, hand-crafted execution. This jewelry is a wonder to behold as is, by the way, the fabulous shop it lives in. If in Ballard near Seattle sometime, I'd definitely make a beeline to this special place.
