tortoise love.

We spent the day on Abbott Kinney in Los Angeles yesterday. My favorite shop, out of all the fabulous choices there, was tortoise. It's perfect. Perfectly merchandised with beautiful things that make your heart flutter with desire. I picked up this great little book about ceramics there, which is a beautiful study in simple, utilitarian forms. And if you love the examples presented in the book, you can pick them up while your there or on their site too. So good.
